List Of Things To Bundle Up For A 3 Day Trip

For those people who keep inquiring what I should pack on a 3 day backpack tour, I have briefed all the essentials of a 3 days voyage.

Tent

In case you have not reserved a room in a resort, to protect yourself from harsh weather conditions and for taking rest, you must keep a lightweight tent. Tents of different sizes are available in the market.

The tent that is for the solo person has one door, ventilation, and mini pockets for keeping things. But if you want a bit larger tent then go for a unisex tent.

Sleeping Pads

You cannot perform well if your body does not take the rest, so make sure you have a comfortable sleeping pad with you. Inflatable pads of different sizes give your body rest, warmth, and prepare for the next day’s journey.

Thus while creating a list, what should I pack on a 3 day tour, always keep the sleeping pad at the top of the list.

Food And Water

Stuff some snacks that you can eat between meals to boost your energy, like dry fruits, hard cheese, chocolate bar, etc. You can take pancakes instant coffee for breakfast, likewise for your dinner and lunch, must keep something heavy like different kinds of dessert.

Keep all these things in the Best Waterproof Daypack For Travel to save them from humidity because humidity increases bacteria’s growth and food starts rotting.

Depending on the water availability where you are going, you must keep some water bottles in the haversack. Must drink half-litter water per hour to keep yourself hydrated during hiking.

Clothes

Forecast the weather to check the weather condition in upcoming days, then according to predictions, stuff your clothes. Still, put some extra clothes in the bag to cope with emergency and unexpected weather.

If you are going to higher areas where there is cold, always keep a cold, insulated jacket to maintain your body’s temperature. It can rain anytime on the maintains, so keep a rain jacket without yourself.

Many brands sell hiking pants, so buy them so you can enjoy hiking because these are made of stretchable and breathable material

In summers, keep those T-shirts that can suck the sweat, are lightweight, and are made of breathable material.

Emergency Shelter

If you have a tent with you, then too, as a precautionary measure, keep the emergency shelter with you because it will also help you hiking away from the base camp.

First Aid Box

Anything can happen to you during the journey, so it is necessary to keep a first aid box. In your first aid box, keep splints, wound coverings, ointments, bandages, mini platters, scissors, hand sanitizers, antibiotics, etc

Hygiene

It is very important to have good hygiene to maintain your health, so must keep such products that help you in maintain hygiene because you do not get all facilities during trips. For example, you should have a toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper, handwash, face wash, menstrual products, etc.

Personal Items

Never forget to keep your identity card because you have to show your card at various checkpoints. Similarly, at any spot, you can need money, so keep extra cash or credit card.

For communicating with other people of your group and with your house members, keep mobile phones and on its GPS, so your location can be traced easily any incident may happen to you.

Going to some places, you have to show permits, so keep them in the bag’s quick access pocket so you can show them to the guard and enjoy the trip.

Navigation

Do not rely completely on digital gadgets because their battery can expire anywhere. Similarly, you do not have access to the internet at some locations; that’s why you must keep waterproof maps, compass needles, and watch with yourself.

So you can quickly reach your destination because if you roam here and there without maps, you will waste your time and energy.

Headlamp

One of the modern gadgets is a headlamp available in different styles that helps you very much when there is no sunlight. Headlamp with four color mode is available, so if a girl or boy is color blind, you can light it in a color which is possible for them to see

For example, some people cannot see blue but can recognize green and red color.

Utensils

If you are carrying food with yourselves, then you will need some utensils in which you will eat them. Do not gather many utensils just keep a plate, a spoon, a fork and a knife for cutting vegetables

Sunscreen

As you move up, you go close to the sun, so its heat and the intensity of rays also increase, so always carry a travel-friendly sunscreen with yourself that contains SP50 it will protect your face from burning and harmful effects of UV rays.
